Mamani, Namo, Bar Colette

In March 2024, Brandon and Henry Cohanim, owners of Namo and Bar Colette, engaged LBC to handle PR and marketing for their two establishments in Dallas’ West Village, along with Mamani — the restaurant they plan to open (also in Dallas) with Christophe De Lellis as executive chef — in the summer of 2025.

Via Triozzi and Terrazza di Triozzi

Leigh Hutchinson’s warm and welcoming Italian restaurant debuted in Dallas in August 2023. LBC has been engaged as a consultant on the project since its inception. Eater Dallas named it Best New Restaurant of 2023, and Texas Monthly included it among its 10 Best New Restaurants Texas 2024.

In April 2025, Leigh opened her beautiful rooftop terrace, Terrazza di Triozzi, to great fanfare. Once again, LBC was engaged as a consultant on that project throughout its development — collaborating with (and in some cases engaging) the architect, general contractor, branding firm, executive chef and other partners.

Gemma

Owners Allison Yoder and Stephen Rogers engaged LBC in June 2023, as they prepared to give their highly successful Dallas restaurant an interior and concept refresh in advance of its10th anniversary. Since engaging LBC, Gemma has seen a steady stream of top-quality coverage — including a nomination for a James Beard Award for Outstanding Hospitality, and a Bib Gourmand in the 2024 Michelin Guide Texas.

Sachet

LBC began working with Sachet, the outstanding pan-Mediterranean restaurant in Dallas, in June 2023. We assisted with a refocusing of concept in the summer of 2024; Sachet was included as a recommended restaurant in the first-ever Texas Michelin Guide.

Billy Can Can

AAfter Leslie Brenner helped develop, open and market Dallas’ showplace modern Texas saloon in 2018 as part of her role at Rebees (the company that owns Billy Can Can), Leslie Brenner Concepts was engaged in 2023 to handle media relations and provide consulting services for the restaurant.

Domodomo Kō

A month after its debut in Dallas, the flagship restaurant for the New York-based Domodomo brought on LBC to provide PR, marketing and consulting services.

Botolino

Carlo Gattini founded his outstanding artisan gelateria on Lower Greenville Ave. in Dallas in 2017, built a devoted following and opened two more stores over the next few years. In advance of opening his fourth Botolino, in April 2025, Gattini engaged LBC to help raise the profile not just of Botolino, but of artisan gelato and what makes it such a special product — to a national market. It’s an exciting and ambitious charge.

Partenope Ristorante

With plans to open a second location, the owners of Dallas’ premier destination for la Verace Pizza Napoletana brought on LBC to handle marketing and PR for both locations.

Meridian

The highly acclaimed Modern Brazilian cuisine from executive chef Junior Borges debuted in Dallas in May 2021.

Anise

Featuring mezze and tapas from around the Mediterranean in a gorgeous setting, this wine bar in the Drey hotel was announced in October 2021.

Ebesu Robata and Sushi

Leslie Brenner Concepts began working with Ebesu, a modern Japanese bistro in historic downtown Plano, a few days after it opened in July 2019. It was honored as a semifinalist for a James Beard Award for Best Chef, Texas in early 2022.

Hinodeya Ramen Bar

Hinodeya, a popular San Francisco ramen bar specializing in dashi ramen, engaged LBC to handle the PR and marketing for the launch of its Dallas location in 2019.
