Feels Like Home: Mamani; Namo; Bar Colette; The Bread Club
LBC has been masterminding public relations and marketing for Brandon and Henry Cohanim’s Feels Like Home hospitality group since March 2024.
Eight weeks after its flagship restaurant, Mamani, opened in September 2025, it had a Michelin star.
Feels Like Home’s newest project, The Bread Club, debuted March 9, 2026.
Gemma
Owners Allison Yoder and Stephen Rogers engaged LBC in June 2023, as they prepared to give their successful Dallas restaurant an interior and concept refresh in advance of its10th anniversary. Since LBC assisted with the project and reintroduced the reimagined Gemma to the public, the accolades have been epic: a nomination for a James Beard Award for Outstanding Hospitality in 2024, and a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Texas two years running (2024 and 2025). The James Beard Foundation is also celebrating Stephen Rogers as one of its Taste America 2025-2026 Taste Twenty Chefs. Those honors, top-quality press coverage, a deep connection with its passionate fans and a ceaseless dedication to excellence have all kept the little Henderson Ave. spot one of Dallas’ most valued reservations.
Sachet
Nearly nine years after its 2017 debut, Allison Yoder and Stephen Rogers’ sparkling pan-Mediterranean dining room feels hotter than ever. LBC began working with Yoder and Rogers in 2023, assisting with a refocusing of concept in the summer of 2024, and helping them keep the menu fresh and dynamic — and the restaurant top-of-mind for the media. Michelin took notice: Sachet was featured in the Texas Michelin Guide in 2024 and again in 2025. The James Beard Foundation has also honored Stephen Rogers as one of its Taste America 2025-2026 Taste Twenty Chefs.

Billy Can Can
The world’s most exquisite fancy dining saloon holds a special place in Leslie’s heart, as she helped develop, open and market the restaurant in 2018 as part of her then-role at Rebees (the company that owns Billy Can Can). Leslie Brenner Concepts was engaged in 2023 to handle media relations and provide consulting services for the restaurant — Dallas’ premier showplace for modern Texas cuisine.
FORMER CLIENTS
Via Triozzi and Terrazza di Triozzi

In April 2025, Leigh opened her beautiful rooftop terrace, Terrazza di Triozzi, to great fanfare. Once again, LBC was engaged as a consultant on that project throughout its development — collaborating with (and in some cases engaging) the architect, general contractor, branding firm, executive chef and other partners.
