Via Triozzi, Leigh Hutchinson’s warm and welcoming Italian restaurant, debuted in Dallas on August 16, 2023. LBC has been engaged as a consultant on all aspects of the project since its inception — from storyboarding and conceptualization to menu, wine list, cocktail and staff development to marketing and PR.
In April, 2025, Leigh opened a beautiful rooftop patio atop Via Triozzi: Terrazza di Triozzi. Once again, LBC was engaged as a consultant on that project throughout its development — collaborating with (and in some cases engaging) the architect, general contractor, branding firm, executive chef and other partners, and handling marketing and ongoing PR.
