Media Coverage and Accolades for MAMANI

Brand and Henry Cohanim, owners of Namo and Bar Colette, plan to open Mamani in Uptown, Dallas in early 2025. The restaurant will be led by executive chef Christophe De Lellis, the longtime executive chef of Joël Robuchon and Atelier Robuchon in Las Vegas.
